OzWashroom offers protection to all our customer's, to provide you with added benefits:
-Refund Gurantee: Provided a refund if you change your mind.

How do you send the items?
We use four different carriers for our orders: Australia Post, Startrack, Couriers Please and Fastway, based on location, weight and any special instructions, we also deliver to post box using Australia Post.
How long does shipping take?
Our warehouse is located in Mulgrave, Melbourne, Victoria. For products that available in stock, we dispatch next day for delivery estimate to the following areas within:
NSW = 2-3 business days **
QLD = 3-5 business days
VIC = 1-3 business days
TAS, SA = 5-7 business days
WA, NT = 5-12 business days
We also provide same day delivery for Melbourne Metro.

Special courier services are available for selected locations at an extra freight cost to the customer and are based on individual order
Do you have a showroom?
YES we do have a showroom that you can drop in and buy directly, we are located at 5 Enterprise Court, Mulgrave, Vic 3170 to pick up orders or browse our showroom to select a product that suitable for your requirement.
Is there an express delivery option?
There are options available, you may select that option on the checkout in our website or contact our customer service team and they can contact a courier service on your behalf to get a quote and estimated delivery time .
How will I know when my item has been dispatched?
When your item is dispatched we will send you an email update with your parcel tracking number on it, with the tracking ID .
How do I know if the item I want is in stock? ***
You can check our stock levels by calling our customer service line. Most items are still available for purchasing online even if stock levels are low, we can always source the item from our suppliers in a matter of day or two, but we always make an effort to let you know if there is a significant delay.
What if I want an item that is not listed on the website?
Just call or email us and we can source the item either locally or from overseas and try our best to get the item in for you.
